Our Coaching services can help you reach your full potential within yourself and your relationship. We focus on finding solutions to your challenges, reaching goals, and overcoming fear. Our coaching sessions are great for couples who have experienced infidelity, been through therapy and/or are currently in therapy, but desire continued support. Coaching sessions are not covered by insurance.
Therapy
Telehealth: $235 per 53-60 min session
All Mental Health Therapy services are telehealth (online). We accept some Blue Cross Blue Shield Plans, Blue Care Network, ASR, Cigna, Cofinity, Humana, McLaren, Molina, Optum, Oscar Health, Oxford Health, and Aetna. Your co-pay will vary based on your individual plan. We also accept credit/debit cards and Health or Flex Savings Accounts. You may call the number or visit the website on back of your insurance card in order to verify your benefits. We would be happy to do it for you.
